Size Issues:

We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection.
However, if you are unsure before ordering, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Here are the cases that we could provide return or replacement service:
Products received are defective, missing, or wrong. meetcosplay.com will provide a new one for free.
Products are made in the wrong size, which indicates that we made an error. We will make a new one in the correct size after confirming your measurements.
Products are totally different from the description. meetcosplay.com could provide a new one or a refund. Please notice a slight difference in color between photos and actual products couldn’t be avoided. Refund or return service can’t be allowed in this case.
Here are the conditions under which return/replacement is not accepted:
- Products that have been used or washed
- Products that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
- Products with stains or badly damaged
- Minor measurement differences (1–3 cm manual variation)
- Products not delivered because of customer provided the wrong address.
- Products are made in the wrong sizes because customers provide the wrong size. In this case, the customer has the option to keep the original products and purchase a new one at a big discount.
Damaged or Defective Items:
MeetCosplay provides a responsible return/exchange service for all customers. Once you find that the products are defective, missing, different from our description, or size issue, please follow the steps below for the service you need.
Please contact our customer service via e-mail (meetcosplayofficial@gmail.com) within 3 days after the package is delivered, detail the issue you come across, and provide several clear photos and videos of the products you received. Our customer service will decide whether we are able to offer the return/exchange service according to the information you present.
After verification, we will offer:
A replacement item, or A partial refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
If it is confirmed that the products can be returned, our customer service will inform you of the return address and other details of the return requirements. Please send back the products in their original condition within one weeks of delivery. The only permitted shipping method is the airmail provided by the local post office. Additionally, we shall not be liable for the return shipping fee, which shall be borne by the customer.
After receiving and checking the items returned, which need to be in their original condition, we will arrange the refund or replacement within 3 working days (weekends and holidays excluded).
